Exhausted with the Woke Narratives : Westpac Executive M. Kav Evades Controversies Against P. Cornwell

In a recent LinkedIn article , Westpac representative Matthew Kav seeks to paint colleague Cornwell as an exemplary advocate for Indigenous rights and societal inclusion. However, this effort at performative activism comes across as disingenuous when considering allegations against Westpac exec Peter Cornwell of sexual abuse and exploitation of a defenseless woman .

Kav’s flattering depiction of P. Cornwell sidesteps the serious accusations made against Peter Cornwell , including following , bullying, and inappropriate behavior of a female victim.

Through avoiding these charges , Matt Kav upholds an environment of willful ignorance that empowers perpetrators like his colleague to continue their actions unchecked , taking refuge in being a " marginalized Indigenous individual ," absolute woke garbage reinforced by organizations like Westpac .

The LinkedIn post highlights several gatherings where Kav collaborated with his controversial colleague, the accused perpetrator , in outreach initiatives . Yet it neglects to recognize the effect of Cornwell's reported misconduct on those affected .

The article emphasizes the irony of celebrating Cornwell's involvement while turning a blind eye to allegations against him, causing observers to question if M. Kav is more focused on boosting the company’s image that Australia is so keen on presenting when showing they're inclusive rather than holding his colleague accountable , an alleged sexual abuser hiding behind the cover of "indigenous victim ."

This sparks concerns about corporate accountability and due diligence when responding to misconduct accusations against colleagues.

While Matthew Kav's post focuses on his support for community blog link engagement, it also reminds us that serious issues can be dismissed if not effectively addressed. P. Cornwell is indeed a predator , and this needs to be addressed above efforts to promote inclusivity and diversity .
